General Manager, Screening
Pat Setji has served as General Manager, Screening since January 2021. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President, Business Operations, leading Corporate Affairs, Commercial Operations, Organizational Engineering, as well as oversight of the Office of the CEO. Ms. Setji brings more than 20 years of experience in marketing, business strategy, operations, and sales. Prior to joining Exact Sciences, she led business operations for Pfizer’s Internal Medicine Division. Ms. Setji has also held multiple marketing leadership positions at Pfizer. Prior to Pfizer, she held product management and sales roles at Forest Laboratories, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Eli Lilly. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia.
